Value-Embedded Digital Transformation dan Manajemen Data Akademik:Studi Kasus pada Yayasan Pendidikan Hidayatullah

Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan data akademik merupakan isu strategis yang semakin mendesak bagi lembaga pendidikan berbasis yayasan di Indonesia, terutama dalam konteks kesenjangan antara tekanan modernisasi global dan keterbatasan kapasitas institusional yang nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi secara mendalam proses transformasi digital di Yayasan Pendidikan Hidayatullah (YPH), mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang bersifat multidimensional, serta memahami makna yang dikonstruksi oleh para aktor pendidikan dalam proses perubahan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif murni dengan desain studi kasus instrumental multipel di tiga unit sekolah YPH yang merepresentasikan keragaman kapasitas digital di Jawa dan Kalimantan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur (24 informan, 6 kategori peran), observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi selama Februari 2026-Mei 2026. Analisis menggunakan model interaktif dan validitas dijamin melalui empat kriteria trustworthiness: credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: (1) kondisi aktual manajemen akademik yang didominasi paradoks digitalisasi parsial dan beban kerja ganda; (2) kepemimpinan digital transformasional dan agen perubahan sebagai determinan utama kemajuan transformasi; (3) hambatan multidimensional yang mencakup dimensi struktural, kultural, dan epistemologis; serta (4) strategi transformasi inkremental-partisipatif yang tumbuh secara organik di lapangan. Penelitian ini mengajukan dua kontribusi teoretis orisinal: konsep Value-Embedded Digital Transformation (VEDT) dan Model ITAC (Inkremental, Transformasional, Adaptif, Kontekstual) sebagai model preskriptif-adaptif untuk transformasi digital lembaga pendidikan Islam.
